Women in the trades events are always an excellent method to recruit, network, and get Women in the trades! You can view and meet various apprenticeships, government departments, colleges, and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for everybody, not just young ladies, to learn about the various vocations that are accessible to them.

 I was able to visit with middle and high school girls and inform them about trade options with the city once their apprenticeships were completed. I met businesswomen, a school from another state, and folks who drove four hours to attend this event.
